Shipping & Delivery

Each item is made to order. Please allow 5-10 business days for production.  Custom embroidered items may take up to 14 business days.

Shipping time varies depending on the shipping profile chosen and location.  Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  We are not responsible for delays due to customs.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

International Shipping

We currently offer shipping to the US and Canada.

Tracking Your Order

Upon shipment of your package, you will receive a tracking number to the email your order was placed under.

Returns

We are confidant you and your pup will love your new 410 Mavs gear.  If for any reason you are not satisfied we will accept returns or exchanges. 

  • Contact us at 410mavs@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery regarding your return or exchange

  • Ship item(s) back within 30 days of delivery

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Product(s) must be unwashed and unused. If the item is not returned in its original condition, 410 Mavs reserves the right to deny a refund

All custom embroidered items, custom Mutt + Me Sets, sale items and clearance items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges of any kind.
