The Beer's Watch

Beer gathers, and now my watch begins.
It shall not end until the last sip.
I shall take no bones, hold no toys, father no puppies.
I shall wear no leash and win no tug of war.
I shall sit and stay at my post.
I am the bark in the darkness.
I am the watcher on the coolers.
I am the shield that guards the beers of my humans.
I pledge my life and honor to the Beer's Watch,
for this beer and all the beers to come.
